We collect your name, company or practice name, professional area of expertise, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account login information, order and transaction details, and messages you provide. Reviews submitted for publication may be displayed publicly with the name you provide.
Our website and service providers also receive technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, and website activity.
2. HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE INFORMATION
